Mr Colin Dexter formed Sound Data Solutions, LLC to offer small businesses in Northwest Florida an affordable option to make their operations as efficient as possible using the existing technology already in place on their PCs, Macs and laptops. He's provided solutions to Kitchen Innovations, East Bay Dog Spot, Puroclean First Response, K2 Media and Advertising, The Posh Daisy Salon and Spa, and many in the Portable Building Industry.
Previously, Colin worked in vehicle fleet management and began working with database applications in the early 90's using Condor, dBase, and MS Access to retrieve and analyze vehicle maintenance information. Although his job description never included the words "software developer," in each position Mr Dexter held in the last 20 years he developed at least one, if not several, small custom database applications that eliminated redundant data entry and streamlined information management tasks. His products typically condensed at least one, but sometimes several hours of manual processing into a few seconds. Once leadership became aware of his talents, they tasked Colin to develop budgeting, parts procurement, and employee training record applications used throughout the organization

customer Service Philosophy
Great customer service seems to have become the exception instead of the norm. Mediocre service is so common these days, businesses that do provide great service stand out clearly from the rest. One of the reasons I'm in business is to offer truly exceptional service. That means listening to the client and providing a value-added product they really do need. One that improves their information management methods with conclusive results. It means being readily available after the sale to answer questions and provide any further help needed. Exceptional service means looking at the services I provide through the eyes of the customer, delivering as promised, and considering a transaction complete only when the customer is satisfied.
